Hafez, a rewards and recognition program, bears great significance to Ajman Free Zone as it creates a conducive work environment for employees which is one of the free zone's top strategic priorities and develops their competencies and skills by honoring their outstanding achievements.

We concluded the year 2020, by honoring 104 employees under the "You Deserve Category", 66 employees under "Our Heroes Category", 6 employees with academic degrees and 153 employees within various teams and projects.

برنامج المكافآت والتقدير "حافز"، يحمل أهمية كبيرة لمنطقة عجمان الحرة حيث يخلق بيئة عمل سعيدة ومنتجة للموظفين، والتي تعد واحدة من الأولويات الاستراتيجية لدى المنطقة الحرة ويساهم في تعزيز وتطوير كفاءاتهم ومهاراتهم وذلك عن طريق تكريم جهودهم المتميزة.
اختتمنا عام 2020 بتكريم 104 موظفاً تحت فئة "تستاهل"، و66 موظفاً تحت فئة "أبطالنا"، و6 موظفين لحصولهم على شهادة علمية و 153 موظفاً من الفرق والمشاريع.
